3rd Brush: Improved functionality
After two years of development and many tests Ravo is proud to present its new third brush to you. The Ravo third brush was already the best third brush available on the market but the new one is even better and has improved functionality.
The main changes are:
- The use of a cylinder to turn the brush instead of a brake engine.
- This has increased the power of the brush when turning as well as the reliability
- The brush speed of the third brush remains constant when using other functionalities of the third brush
- Due to the cylinder better positioning of the brush is possible
- The maximum RPM of the brush has been increased with 50% from 200 to 300 RPM
- The centre of gravity has been brought closer to the nose of the sweeper with about 100mm
- The arm has been made 100 MM longer which results in increased maximum sweeping reach by 200mm in total
So the maximum reach from the front bumper is now 1985mm
- The weight of the complete brush has been decreased with 10%
- The option "double angle adjustment" is now available
- The linear movement from left to right and vice versa is still 1200mm
Due to the successful tests carried out by various Dutch customers it has been decided to deliver the new third brush per direct on all machines that have been ordered with a third brush. Ravo has managed to keep the price level the same compared to the old third brush so there will be no price increase for the third brush compared to the old one!
